ideal location helpful staff
The hotel location is ideal. It is within easy walking distance to major attractions. The staff was helpful answering any questions i had.
The air conditioning in my room was not adjustable. This made temperature control difficult.

professional staff wide selection super location
I found the staff to be consistently professional and helpful. They readily met our needs. They were always pleasant. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection. The hotel's location works well, with many restaurants nearby.
Every morning, very loud door banging woke me. I am unsure if it was from housekeeping or other guests. This made relaxation difficult.

The hotel features a terrace space with seating for approximately 30 people. The pool area includes about 15 sun loungers. The bar provides a selection of cocktails, beers, and light snacks until late evening. I liked it.

the location was prime, a stone's throw from gothic square. a real shame about the room though. the shower gel they provide doubled as shampoo, a formula for disaster if you ask me. my hair reminded me of straw. also, the air conditioning, was not adjustable at all. i would have loved to tweak it to my liking.

The hotel offered a breakfast buffet. I found the selection plentiful and it was refreshed consistently. The room size suited my needs well, and I found the staff helpful. Its proximity to the music hall was convenient.
The combined shower gel and shampoo provided was not ideal. I would have preferred separate products.

The breakfast buffet included plenty of choices. It was refreshed regularly. The staff spoke excellent English. This was very helpful since my Spanish is limited. Modern facilities were available. Good wifi service was also accessible.
The room window was right next to the main road. The noise from passing vehicles was quite loud. I was disappointed a combined shower gel and shampoo were provided. This is not suitable as a shampoo as it is so drying. The air conditioning in the room was not adjustable.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety, one of the best I have ever had. The checkout time is noon, which i appreciate. The hotel is close to many attractions (super convenient).
The hotel did not have coffee makers in the rooms.

The staff are professional. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful (especially when they were able to get us a room after a reservation error). I got a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival.
